I’ve worked in the housing industry in the Shreveport / Bossier City area since 1994. I’ve seen a lot and been involved in just about every aspect of home building, renovating, and inspecting. I’ve worked first hand with all of the components that make up a house from the heating and A/C, to the plumbing and electrical, drywall, cabinets, trim, insulation, all the finishes; you name it, I’ve seen it or had my hands on it.
I am a very organized person; I take a systematic approach to inspecting every home, going through each system as if I were going to live in the home myself. Some people say that Home Inspectors are “Master’s of the Obvious”; in some cases we are; however, I’d rather be overly thorough and tell a home buyer about even the smallest details that I think might make a difference in whether you purchase a home or not, or what to offer for that home.
